Freezer with defaults

Bought a gas/electronic freezer Cash R5999 on 03/01/2018. Two days later the freezer was still not freezing. Phoned the shop 05/01/2018. They said they would send someone out. It never happen. On the 19th Jan 2018 I drove to the OK Furniture Mamelodi & took the freezer. Now I'm told the technician will look at it. I want a New freezer or my money back! I paid R6000 for a new freezer not a defective one. The staff at this store are now playing hide & seek. Bad bad service. But they were quick to take my money. Everyday I phone & get stories!
