Frech door fridge not delivered

I purchased a French Door fridge from OK furniture on the 1st if March 2022. I was told that my fridge will ve delivered on the on the 5th of March 2022. But my fridge hasn't been delivered yet and no one is contacting me to tell me what the hold up is. I have called the shop numerous times but it doesn't seem as if they have answers to what is delaying my deliver.
