OK dawn park, complaint,...

I lay bye a Defy DAC 635 C455 at OK store in dawn Park consultant name is " Siboniso",

November, on the 17th of December, l paid off the balance , l wanted my fridge, was no stock, the consultant told me to take the display but l disagreed, then he said l got to leave he doesn't survive by OK in life, Then l was awaken , l requested a refund and l will Go else were, he was using vulga language and said " amasimba lawo " meaning this is ****,... I contemplated..., l walked away from him, l went to the lady sitting on the left side behind counter ,l asked if there is anything she can do to help about demo item, she said its on promo , can't be discounted,

Then she said it arrived on the 15th, its still new, l agreed to take it, she was a friendly, (consultant name MPHO Rapotu.)

I asked siboniso why the fridge looks short, he took the description sticker off and said that's nothing, l should only be looking at invoice and consider that.

I demanded to see manager they said is not around, l went to the security he said the lady with gold teeth is the manager, eish these guys are a cretche in business.

I demanded to see the description of fridge all staff were confused on what's going on, and l looked wrong in the shop, and everyone insisted that its the right fridge,

A lady wearing a OK furniture golf shirt without a namebadge ( with Gold teeth ) said its the right fridge, it was being loaded to the van, l saw a rubber shoe print on deep freezer door with scratches alongside it looked as if someone just kicked it , (it wasn't there when l inspected it first time) , that is when l stopped it from being loaded to van, l asked the consultant who was loading it for description, he was confused a little and said its 325 , then l realised l was being taken for a ride by Siboniso the driver left . l was being given a different fridge that l didn't pay for, my invoice l paid for a 363 ltr fridge but was being given the smallest . the security didn't know the difference as items looked the same. I asked for a manager they said is not around,

I requested a refund, the manager ( the lady without a name bage with gold teeth ) said l have bad attitude, l said really she said yes, l said blessed is her,... She gave me the money and said l should never set foot again at OK dawn park, she asked me to sign a refund slip l refused, she said will sign for me,..

I'm not impressed with OK dawn park, It looks like a family business, treating customers as if have came to ask for bread,.....
