financial department lady is so rude!

Today at 10:21am got a call from this number ***. She tells me the truck is on its way to collect the base n mattress should i fail to make a payment by tomorrow. I tried to explain that I'm starting on Monday at old mutual and will be paid weekly but she said she didn't care. Absa and Foschini i explained the same thing and they understood, dstv i haven't paid but the service is still on as they know from their records what kind of payer i am. Not impressed at all and i am never doing business with you guys anymore, be it shoprite checkers house n home as i know they are one company.
