Fed up of waiting for a response

I am so ****ed. I went into OK Furniture Kuils River(Zevenwacht) on 12 May to pay up my lay-bye that I made with them online. I was told they don't have the bunk bed in store and their warehouse is having a stocktake and no feedback on collection after that. I called them to yesterday(22 May 2022) to follow up and I spoke to someone and was told that he will call me back but until today(23 May 2022) I haven't heard back from him or anyone from the store. When I asked him if he have my item number he didn't even want to take it down and he didn't once ask me for my name of surname , just in which area I live. If this is how business is being done at OK Furniture then it is really disappointing because I haven't bought the item on terms that I have to be patient with them taking so long. They have my money now I have to struggle to get the merchandise
