FAULTY WASHING MACHINE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

On 02 April 2017, I bought a Defy twin tub 1800W SKU number 208219 at Ok Greenacres Port Elizabeth. I paid CASH. It was hardly a month the machine stopped working and I went to the shop to report the matter and I was given a number to call for technicians, It took a couple of days before they came to attend to the machine. Unbeknown to me this was be my monthly horror. As I am writing this review not working again for the umpteenth time

The machine only works for a day or two and breaks down I have to wait for another two weeks for technicians who will do a 5 minute job. To say I am angry is an understatement. I am livid and if I had meams I was going to take the damn machine back to the shop and demand my money back. I have a problem with arthritis and I bought the machine but having this one defeats the purpose.

I will never I mean never again buy anything from OK. I never bought the machine from defy but from them but since my hard earned cash is with them they do not care. All I want is the machine to me taken and I be given a new one. How can I pay for something with a warranty of 12 months and it does not even work for a month. I am starting to suspect that this was a second hand or even a - third hand machine if there is anything like that.

I want my money and I want it now come and fetch your useless thing. I have to spend more money on airtime logging a call and again on follow up. This is exhausting and I am being taken for a ride
