Faulty TV

OK Furniture in Zewenwacht mall, have really disappointed me. I bought TV then didn't open it immediately, because we switched it on from the shop. It had an ink mark, I took it back to the they said something put pressure on the TV, the other one said I've thrown something, while here is no cracks on the screen, no sign of damage. The worst part they *****ulently sold me this TV without a TV license to make a sale , now treat like this I'm so hurt, If that tv fell or broken I would have not even bother myself to take it back. 😭
