Faulty stove

In couple of months back I bought a stove (defy stove with oven) from OK Furniture. last month the stove started giving me problems, I immediately report the issue to the store since the stove is still under the warranty. The store promised to send a technician, but till today nobody has attended my problem it's been a month now without a stove in the house.
