Faulty Restonic Bed complaint

I purchased a Restonic bed and it was delivered on the 26th of May 2023. The bed has a fault and makes a squeaky sound. I reported this matter on the 8th of June 2023 and they said the sound may be coming from the base and that they will replaced only the base. I had pleaded that they replace the entire bed including the mattress as this bed has only been in use for 9 days and has faults already. To no available.
