Faulty Products!!!! Bad Customer Service

We bought a new home theater system from OK Furniture's @ Zevenwaght mall on Sunday the 19 July 2015. when we arrived home it came to our attention they sold us the wrong product. When we returned the product to the store, they were unable to supply the goods as advertised, but we agreed to pay in another R2500 for another LG system which was currently on display in the shop. Upon instillation we discovered it was malfunctioning. We then returned once again to the shop, the Manager agreed to refund the money the afternoon of the following day, if they were able to accumulate that amount owed to us that was R 4500. The manager was not helpful at all, She showed no managing skills and was not willing to even help us resolve this problem. Other customers should be warned about this store, and the high level of incompetency of the staff and managment.
