Faulty Machine

I bought a Washing Machine at OK Furniture Olivenhoutbosch on the 02/06/2021 , I noticed the back after I've put in a load of washing and the Machine was already on??♀️ I went to OK and informed them on the 5/6-06-2021 not sure of the date I've had the machine for less than 7days it was the first time I used it, they told me they will send a technician as I've used the machine ... I told them that I can't accept a machine that I don't know where it was opened ect and I was told about their policy to send out a technician which it came and just took out the bold and replaced it, after 7days I still didn't receive feedback from them I went and I was told they will call me. I got a call that the machine is working, they can't replace nor refund.

The technician fixed it meaning I got a machine that's faulty? That got fixed within a couple of days of having it?Which I payed full price. I bought this as NEW not on the FLOOR or SECOND HAND.

I was told the reason they can't take it when I went to the shop is that it's not resealable to them, What I wanna know is does OK sell goods that are like this to customers after they are brought back to the shop? Because that's what the shop imp**** had I not poured water in it.

I'm so disappointed with OK Furniture they selling things that are not up to standard!
