Faulty furniture and bad service delivery.

I am very disappointed. They sold me a faulty bed and in less than 3 months the bed was sinking in the middle and I went to complain about it and they gave me email address to send pictures and videos of the bed and I did. After few days edblo employee called me and told me that my complain is successful, OK furniture store will be in contact with me.Its been a month now since OK store promised to deliver my new mattress but never delivered.I called them several times they keep telling me that the person who was assisting me with purchasing the bed , his no longer working there and they will call me back till this date no one called me.Ok furniture service is very poor, even when after purchasing the bed and washing machine they took time to deliver till I went back to the store to complain😥
