Faulty Fridge

Good day, I am Ntombi Nompumelelo Cele ID number ***,my contact details is ***,I bought a fridge 214761 towards the end of December now it is not working, I called OK Bridge City Store they sent the repairs guys to come and look at it and they confirmed it a Gas lick ,now they say I must bring it back myself now so they can replace it, now my concern is it was not my fault that the fridge is faulty ,my food got rotten as well now I have to pay a delivery again to bring the fridge at the store and they don’t have the stock with them and they cant refund me since they don’t have money on their till, The manager at OK bridge city Asher was very rude at me when I complain as a customer. I am expecting them to come with the new fridge and they take the faulty one since it their fault not mine
