Faulty fridge

My mother purchased a KIC refrigerator from Ok in Mbekweni, Paarl on 24 May 2017. The fridge started giving problems. 2 weeks ago she informed them about it and was told that they were going to send someone out to have a look at it. Up to this nobody has come out. Can you please look into this matter.
