Faulty Fridge

on the 30th of October 2015 i bought cash a 219 KIC Fridge at Ok Furnitures's germiston branch not only did they take time to deliver but the fridge sounds like its blowing air or there's a leakage ..i reported the problem but they were playing a blame game. i would like to find a way to sue them - i can't pay cash for a dying fridge i should have gone to the pawn shop if that was the case.
