false advertising

I go past OK Furniture seeing the Blackberry 9720 for R1570. Needing a new phone with a Qwerty key pad because it best suits my disability to do admin & business my current blackberry has passed its sell by date. I go in only to find out they don't have stock but its being advertised. They offered me an alternative but its not suited for my condition. I was ready to purchase the phone on hand but left unsatisfied & disappointed by the poor service
