failure to deliver furniture on cash on delivery

I purchased a double base set on friday the 18th of March 2016. They promised to deliver on tuesday morning on the 22th of march 2016. I went to check at the store and I wqs told there is no stock and when I request for myrefund I was told there ia no cash. At the date of purchase they told me there was stock on hand. The attittude of the staff was very bad and harah especial Godfrey. Please peter assist me
