Failure to communicate and assist

My husband and I went to OK Furniture in Musina to purchase a washing machine. Upon arrival, we found that there was no power due to a transformer that had burnt in town. The sales agent who attended to us said he could do the transaction manually. He then left to go talk to his manager. When he returned he said he couldn't help us as they were closing. We asked to speak to the supervisor as we wanted to pay for the machine and they could deliver it at a later stage. The supervisor was called but she just ignored us and continued chatting to her friend. We asked him to please go and call her again. She just responded in a load and annoyed tone that she can't assist us as the store is closed and the have cashed up. Which I failed to understand as the time was 16:45 and the store closes at 17:00. Not once did she look our way while she spoke nor was she polite to us. The sales agent then returned to us and stated that there was nothing he could do for us. And we left the store.
