Failure To Attend To ********** Account

On the 25th July 2017 I discovered that an account was opened on my name without my authorization and went to report the matter at Ok Pretoria North and they spoke to Zodwa Mdakane at head office. They emailed her the documents which she required. Today we called from Ok Soshanguve Plaza to enquire about the progress and she informed me that she didn't receive any documents. I want Ok furniture to close the account as I did not authorize or agree to any accounts.
