Extremlg bad customer service

Send a staff memeber to buy a microwave for my store in march, microwave not working, now im inable to return the microwave which is 5 months old ad the person that bought it is no longer working here. Phoned head office spoke to Charmaine Teblance, bad service spoke while i was speaking no comer service at all, i must now walk up and down. Absolutely horrible service service
