Extremely frustrated with OK Mdantsane City Mall

I have an issue with OK furniture at Mdantsane City Mall. We bought a Hisense 58 Inch TV in 2019.The TV had an issue in January 2022 and we took it to the store. They informed us that they cannot fix it.The TV has a warranty of 4 years. We therefore would like them give us a new TV since it is still under warranty or give us our money back. When we requested these options one of the staff members informed us that we have to pay an additional R1500 to get a new TV(since a new model is out) and they cannot give us our money back. This is totally unacceptable and I am frustrated with the service and lack of assistance in this store. Please attend to this matter urgently. Thank you.
