Extremely bad service

I am beyond disgusted with the service at OK Furniture at Chris Hani mall, I have fully paid for couches and delivery for 280.00, 2 weeks ago and to date, I still do not have my couches.... They first told me that they do not have stock and will deliver items on display, I agreed then they delivered items to the wrong address and I have been calling daily with the manager telling me that he is fixing the problem. The service is just bad
