EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDE FROM THE MANAGER

We requested a quote for a queen bed and wardrobe, and then we made an EFT right away. after a week we went to the shop to collect and we were told that the system is down we must come back the following day. every time we went to the shop we were advised to come back the ff day. the ff day we found that the whole store and furniture was sinking in water.<br> after that the manager told us to back off, every time we came to ask about our fully paid furniture he'd tell us to back off and even scream at us for being nuisance, it's been 3weeks now and we still haven't received our goods. we are worried, when we called other ok furnishers nearby they are not able to assist us.<br> we are frustrated by the attitude that Edward has, therefore we don't know who else will address the issue.
