Extended warranty claim

At the end of August 2015 I returned my Sony Bluray player to OK Mmabatho as the HDMI port did not work.<br> I was informed that it will be repaired as it was still under the extended warranty. at the end of October after numerous calls and visits to the branch i was informed that OK will be replacing the unit with an item with the same value.<br> <br> It is now two moths later and nothing... no one can tell me what the progress is. it is always the same thing....head office has to reply.<br> <br> I had a three year contract on the goods purchased but was paid up within 6.<br> <br> Please assist as someone is reluctant.....<br> <br> Christo Fourie
