Exchange or refund

I bought a deep freezer at orange farm eyethu mall The fridge wasn't working and I returned it to the store and asked for exchange or refund as their 7 days return policy says "if you are not completely satisfied with your goods, we will gladly exchange them, or alternatively refund you with the purchase price, provided that the goods are still in their original packaging, unused and in a condition for resale to the public "

But now they refuse to exchange or refund me, since they took a fridge on the 13th of June 2023 till today Hellopeter can you please help me get a refund of R8000 from ok furniture eyethu mall in orange farm Thank you
