Excellent service with a smile

Good day, this morning I called the OK Furnisher store in Wynberg WC. I was assisted by Mr Robert Carelse. He was very professional and patient throughout the telephonic call. Mr Carelse answered all of my many questions. At my request he sent me the latest leaflet on social media.I arrived at the store later that morning and was greeted by him with a warm smile. When my purchase was completed the warehouse assistant that was going to assist me to carry the cargo to my vehicle displayed extremely hostile behavior as he claimed to be too busy to assist me. Mr Carelse defused the situation by taking the cargo from the assistant and accompanying me himself with the cargo to my vehicle. Thank you Sir for not only being such an amazing sales team member but an amazing individual.Stay blessed.
