<p>First off, thank you Rolene Reynold.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today (13/04/2017) I called the online service team for a proof of residents for work. After a 3 hour wait I finally received it, but it was on the wrong address. As our phones was off, I went to the branch to see what could be done. I was attended to immediately. And they were rather busy.</p> <p>The online team was called to see what was going on. A short conversation later I was handed the phone to get my info. She (Nonie) told me she would call me with in 5 minutes. 10 Minutes late she (Rolene Reynold) called again to see what was taking so long. She took my email and gave it to Nonie she (Rolene Reynold) said she (Nonie) should send it to the store email (as I was on my lunch – which was already over) and she (Rolene Reynold) will send someone to bring it to me. I returned to work – I’ll admit I was a little skeptical – not 30 minutes later Rolene Reynold came to deliver it herself! With the correct address!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Also I ordered a Salton Mini oven from the online store which now have to be exchanged because there is a problem with the oven. Rolene Reynold said the new one will be delivered to my door and the old oven will be collected at my house. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Weer eens baie dankie mevrou Rolene Reynold.
