Excellent Service

I want to commend Alex Mfakata from the Somerset Branch who changed my mind about purchasing at OK FURNISHERS again. I had a bad experience from OK Furnishers Mitchels Plain yesterday when I approached 2 ladies at the door while the store was not opened yet and they did not even want to hear what I was saying at the time advising that the store opens at 09h15. All I wanted was to check if they had a fridge I could afford. I then asked my wife to have a look at the Somerset branch as she studies that side. She got the same kind of treatment as she walked in that branch. Two ladies were chatting and did not even pay attention to her, only Alex redeemed the store to obtain the sale.

I thank the store manager Patricia Solomons for handling this situation in a very attentive manner.Cashier with a smile and I received my refrigerator within 3 hours which to me is an extraordinary ETA and service at its best.
