Excellent Customer service

I needed to print my tickets and tried 4 stores however no ones printer were working so I finally got to OK Furmiture Park Parow *** and this phenomenal Store Manageress Natasha Sheldon tried to assist as much as possible but a problem occurred and she then advised that she will call me back the next morning to which she then did to assist with the tickets this was truly going the extra mile for customers
