Excellent customer service

I would like to compliment the excellent service I received from OK furniture Midrand branch. Saturday 16 December I tried to call Oliven branch to inquire about furniture on specials. To my disappointment the telephone number for Oliven branch does exist and even worse no one answered the national customer care number! I find this unacceptable that a national franchise can fail to answer the phone.

Fortunately called the Midrand branch and Karabo ,the branch manager, answered. He was nothing but professional and provided excellent service. He personally helped me in the branch and made sure the furniture was delivered the same day. He personifies what a manager should be, Karabo is an asset to the company and I believe he should be recognized for his efforts !
