EMPTY PROMISES AND RUDE SERVICES

<p>on 27 May 2016 and my young brother went to OK Furniture Bronkhorstspruit to buy a Smart TV for R6999.00 we were told it was finished but they can arrange another branch (Witbank) to send the TV to them. Then they told us to pay so that they will be gauranted that we wanted to buy. We paid R3000.00 as deposit and we where going to pay the balance the following day 28 May 2016 when the TV arrives from Witbank. On Sa****ay none called us until we did folow up and they told us that the truck could not come and we should wait for the following day Sunday 29 May 2016. On Sunday when we called around 10am we were told that they will call us at 11am when the truck arrives. 11am passed noone called and at 11:30 we called and we where told that we where not on the list and they dont know about. we explained everything again to them and they said we where supposed to have paid in full to appear on the list. we told them noone told us that and why did you accept the deposit then. They hang up the phone. i called again to speak to the Manager and the lady who picked the phone refused and hang up the phone on me again telling me there is nothing she can do and that was it. i called again finally i spoke to the manager and the said she do not anaything abgout that arrangement. then i asked for refund and they told me . to come to the store and if they have enough money then they will refund. We went there for our refund of R3000 and they told us to come the next day because they had no sales that day. we explain that we paid with Bank Card so can you reverse but they insisted on saying they had no cash. they called armed response to remove us forcefully fom the shop because we where demanding our refund. I could not believe the words which being spoken by some of the shop assistants at us pointing fingers at us telling us how hard our head was. </p>
