Empty promises

I bought a kelvinator washing machine from OK in August 2014. I had it for about three months when the spin motor packed up. I called the store and reported the mater. They arranged that a technician from kalvinator should come to my house to do repairs on the machine. Now only four months later the machine packed up again. I phoned the store three weeks ago and reported the breakdown. Ever since I've been phoning the store more tan six times to find out what's keeping them from sending the technician. Every time they come with a new excuse. Now when I ask them to give me the phone number of their aria manager the refuse and just make a new promise. I've been with out a washing machine for over three weeks and it feels like I've been paying insurance on that machine for nothing. The guaranteed is going to expire soon and the machine will still not be repaired.
