EMPTY PROMISE.

I bought Deep freezer in Maake Plaza Tzaneen on black Friday having my festive plans in place knowing I'm ahead time.when i bought the fridge i was told there's no stock they will call me when it arrives.last week Saturday i called them to follow up because Christmas is approaching i was told they will enquire 2 get it from Palaborwa but not finalising it that day we didn't finalize Lebethe .Yesterday 22nd December 2020 i called again Mr Lebethe or Lesesebe i asked again he said they didn't find it in Palaborwa it's out of stock ,i asked what are d options u can give me he said i don't know dis situation is eyond my control. I asked do i have to get hold of the regional. Manager first to get help he said okano founa (u can call him) when i asked u said u can't help me are don't put words on my mouth i said u will get ur fridge January, so now I'm so dissapointed, heartbroken n my festive plans we're depending on it their almost ruined .
