Electrolux vacuum

I Bought a Electrolux vacuum from OK furniture in Grahamstown. Everytime I used it, it got so warm and then stopped working. I immediately contact Niel Zeelie, the sales person I got it from.<br> He and the supervisor advised that I should wait for the Rep Jenny to come look.<br> Niel Phoned me saying Jenny says she can see I used it to vacuum carmats? so I buy a vacuum just to use for house carperts and not allowed to vacuum car mats? whats the difference.<br> going for 3 months now.<br> This should still be under warranty or I would like a refund !
