****ED OFF CUSTOMER DUE TO BAD SERVICE FROM OK FURNISHER BRITS BRANCH

I bought a Restonic 183cm dream therapy base set in December 2019 at Brits branch. Unfortunately the mattress had a factory fault and i went to the store to lay a complain. Till today they havent replaced it. Im being taken from pillar to post by the sales consultants and the manager. All I need is my money back because they cant even sort out this problem.
