Dysfunctional washing machines

I purchased a twin tub washing machine late last year. The washer drum leaked and flooded my place. The machine was replaced, only this time, the spinner tub leaked and flooded my place. Been fighting with them to get a refund. They dispatched a Defy agent who came to my place, and stuck Prestick into a pipe in bottom of spinner tub. They are saying it is past six months of purchase, and they can repair it. Why would I want a dysfunctional machine repaired? I did not damage it. I will never recommend ok furniture to anybody in future, neither defy products. This service was disgusting. They are saying that they need permission from defy to refund money. Only problem is, I paid OK R3000 and not Defy.
