DSTV installation fee

I bought 6s Hd decoder with installation that is currently on promotion. The sales lady informed me that I will have to pay R90 fee for installation. I showed her the pamphlet that installation in included in the price, she insisted that it’s how is done. The installer came to install and required the fee and had to pay. Why are you advertising that the installation is free if we as customers have to pay?
