double debit

on the 1st of October 2022 i went to Southgate ok stores to purchase a touch plate stove for the price of R 3249.00 on Monday the 3rd of October i realized that i was double debited and i called ok Southgate informing the about the double debit, also i called standard bank and the bank said only ok southgate can send standardbank email to remove the outstanding authorization, I then send ok an email attaching my bank statement and the receipt also i send them an email address that they need to use for standard bank to remove the debit . I have not heard from ok Southgate i am worried because i don't have money this thing is taking long and no one is communicating with me, i want ok southgate to respond and remove or send email to standardbank to remove the outstanding debit its not my fault that i was double debited now i have to suffer
