Do not Recommend

OK Furniture in Mmabatho, Mafikeng is the absolute worst furniture shop. Firstly when in their store you literally have to beg for service. Secondly after managing to get hold of their poor service and purchased a TV and a sound bar. They delivered the wrong TV and we used it for a few days and realised that this isn’t what we bought. A few days later they delivered the sound bar and it wouldn’t switch on. We asked that they come and get it and they said we should bring it to the store. We brought it in and unfortunately they didn’t even offer a better solution. They offered us a sound bar that is on display and when we refused to take it they said they’ll speak to management and try to find a solution. This is frustrating considering that we bought these things cash and when we want a refund they are giving us a run around. I would never recommend OK Furniture to anyone.
