DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OK FURNITURE GOLDEN ACRE - CHAD THE MANAGER IS RUDE

I had written a stellar review about my fridge purchase and how impressed I was with the service from Daylan at OK Furniture Golden Acre (Cape Town) ... I spoke too soon. The fridge was actually faulty and we basically received no assistance with this - when we reported the issue, it took the store 4 days to actually get someone from KIC to come have a look at it (they only arranged this the day we called to follow up - meaning they did nothing on the day we reported) then it was said that we need to get a new fridge.. turns out that model was out of stock so we have to wait ANOTHER week. The manager, Chad, showed no remorse re: this issue - he had a very terrible ‘don’t care’ attitude and I’m disgusted to the least. I would not recommend OK Furniture to anyone - The service is appalling.
