Do not buy from this store it is false advertising.

I purchase a Hisense H60 on promo on the 27th November 2023. Paid the full amount including an extra cost of R250 for delivery. A few days past I sent an inquiry through email to check up on my order. I had to wait a full week for a response which stated they out of stock and they are experiencing an indefinite delay. I requested that they state the parameter of this delay and wait a further week for a response. I was told to come and pick up my order despite the investment I made towards them delivering it to my door. I phone their customer service and online shopping centre. I was directed to a lady named Thembeka at their call centre who was the first line of a continuous stream of rude incompetence. She concluded our call with a shout asking, "well then how much did u pay for delivery, thank you and bye" The call was abruptly cut leaving the matter unresolved. Note I do not know which branch my purchase is been kept at neither do I know if they will deliver it to me.SO I did not let it rest there and proceeded to phone someone else and received the same treatment. Now they are not answering my calls. Feeling like I got ******. Do not buy from this store it is false advertising.
