Do not buy from Hisense or Ok furniture

I bought a tv last week from Ok furniture. The tv was on sale it was a Hisese 58 inch smart tv. When I bought it they told me the tv has nobox. They will bunble wrap the tv and it will be safe. I asked several times are you sure it will be safe. They encouraged me yes. When we got home after is was loaded in my car. We took off the bubble wrap and tested it. There was something wrong with the display as if it had gotten hurt. We called headoffice and sent our complaints cause we had the tv an hour. After failing to take the tv back we decided to hang the tv and just ignore the small fault on the lcd. Yesterday after hanging it the entire screen is filled with green and purple marks. What are we supposed tp do after we bought this tv cash and we were urged nothing will happen to it if it is in bubble wrap. The tv also makes those blurred lines and honestly the hisense brand is not of good quality. I bought an Ecco tv two years ago from take alot and it is still working. The quality of these Hisense tvs are so poor any little movement or touch to the screen creates damage. My money has been thrown in the water now. Do not buy anything from Ok furniture or Hisense. I am so disappointed. A broken R6500 tv is hanging on my wall and they have washed their hands of off us. We just pay, they just take and cannot keep customers happy. This tv is not even a week old yet
