Distribution of personal information

<p>I am very unhappy with the way your collection department is discussing my personal information with 3rd parties. I wrong a friends number on my application form for the purpose of a reference but your collection department is calling them telling them that I'm not paying. I also gave my work number for the purpose of confirming my employment but you are calling my HRtelling them that I'm nit paying my account. I obviouslycannot answer my phone at work. What happened to leaving a voicemail or sending a message? As far as I know discussing my personal information with third-party is not legal. I'm extremely disappointed</p>
