Dissatisfaction from ok Furniture

Hi On Friday 29 November 2019 I made an online purchase of a 152CM COMFORT ZONE BASE SET *M* from the OK Furniture and selection to collect the bed from ok Furniture Pinetown. I then recieved an email confirming the purchase with an order number. I have called ok Furniture on Tuesday 03 December 2019, to ask about the progress of my purchase, the online consultant informed me that my order will be ready for collection on Thursday 04 December 2019. I have made numerous calls to Ok Furniture on the following numbers provided ***,*** and ***. The numbers ring indefinitely with no answer. It is now the second week and still have no bed which I have paid for in full. Customer service is pathetic. I regret purchasing from this store.
