Disrespectful Staff

<p>My mother wanted to buy a new rug from OK Furniture in Colesberg. There was no one in sight to help her and then she went to a staff member who sat behind her desk doing nothing. She asked the lady about the adverti*****t of the rug that my mother wanted. The staff member rep**** that it would be too expensive (So OK Furniture's staff can decide what is expensive and what is not FOR their customers??) and that my mother must pay for the rug...Really??? Did she think my mother would rather ***** it than pay for it? The lazy lady didn't even get up from her desk to assist my mother. My mother was a regular customer at OK Furniture and a respectable lady in her community. This behaviour of a useless, disrespectful staff member is not acceptable and I can assure you, OK Furniture will not see me or my mother again, so keep your sorry excuses and apologies for those that care.</p>
