Disgusting Service (Wish I Could Find A Better Word Which Is Not Rude)

Please can you inform me where my order is. This order was made and paid for 5 days ago on the 01/07/2020. We get told on the phone that there is no stock of this item. But when we ordered it said there was stock and when I went to check the site again, it still showed in stock.

How do you sell and advertise something in stock but it is not in stock. This is unacceptable, if the branch you are shipping it from does not have stock then FIND another branch that does have it in stock. According to google you have 3 stores in Durban and you can't source not one from any of them?

You should NEVER advertise something as in stock if it is not.

The service received from OK Furniture is really appalling (disgusting).

I would never recommend anyone using your services.
