Disgusting service ulundi

I’m so appalled by service my parents received , I mean we purchased a sound bar in June and in September it stopped working as we returned the devise but still no communication or feedback and what’s annoying me is I’m here to follow up and I’m being told that the complaint person is busy with receiving stock n when we purchased the good we went told that , we were sold things n now we cannot be helped , I will not allow my parents to be ****med by this shop, I want my money
