Disgusting Service/Behaviour

<p>My mom, who is a pensioner, bought a bed and washing machine from OK Funiture at Thabong Shopping centre in the Vaal. For the past 2 weeks she has been busy organising my brother's funeral who passed away in Cape Town and had to be transported to Gauteng, imagine that cost her over R5000, but that's besides the point. So this morning 08:00am a guy who goes by the name of Samuel, an employee of OK Furnitures, knocks on my mom's door and says he's there to take the bed and the washing machine, to which my mom responds by saying that she's on her way to the store to pay her installment. The driver says to her "No, give me the cash!" But obviously she says shes going to pay with her card. NOW HERE IS WHAT'S DISGUSTING ABOUT THE GUY'S SERVICE AND ATTITUDE.... HE INSISTS ON TAKING MY MOM TO MULTIPLE ATM'S CAUSE NOW HE WANTS TO HAVE THE CASH IN HIS HAND. <strong>I AM VERY DISAPPONTED IN THE WAY THAT THIS PERSON, WHO IS BY THE WAY REPRESENTING OK FURNITURE TREATS PEOPLE, if this is the way OK insists on doing business, I don't think I'll ever either find myself buying stuff from OK or suggesting that anyone does. </strong>He even left his number <strong> ********** .</strong></p>
