disgusting service arrogant attitude

We waited one hour for one item to be located in his store. When I eventually went to complain I was told my complaining just delayed it further! No apology he said he would happily cancel the process rather. Terrible attitude he even rolled his eyes at me! Shocking he needs to be disciplined as no wonder the store runs so inefficiently if the manager cannot handle his systems or manners.
