Disgusting service and bully of a manager OK furniture hartswater!!

my father made an application for a microwave and bar fridge in hartswater to be delivered to me in bloemfontein. however the wrong fridge(not the one the sale assistant sent me on whatsapp) was delivered and now the sale assistant and the bully of a manager are accusing my father of their mistake while there is whasapp proof to show what exactly he wanted! the manager has the audacity to call and accuse me the receiver for not checking the fridge before the delivery man left! who's job is it to check? the customer???? i have a 5 month old sick child which is why i am at home not work, at the time of delivery i didnt check because (1) i was attending to my sick child (2) the delivery man said not to power it on umtil 4 hours of which after 4 hours then i noticed its not the fridge. now we are being bul**** to take this deep freezer that will have no use to me especially my baby's medication and food! the manager is threatening additional expenses if they swap that we have to pay, WHICH IS THEIR MISTAKE! i demand this fridge to be swapped urgently at that! this is absolutely ridiculous of how u treat your customers! My father clearly expressed which fridge he wanted, and the sale assistant even took a picture of that fridge, how did they now process a sale for a different fridge and blame it on us then want us to pay for the swap or keep it???????? to say i am utterly disgusted by the manager's tone of voice and threats would be an understatement!!
